This 1890’s manor turned 80-seat cafe serves up quirky cocktails with a side of fresh artisan baked goods that you can enjoy outside in the pet-friendly dining area.

The Cocktail: ‘LGBTIQ Cocktail’
Social enterprise STREAT has created the LGBTIQ cocktail (Lemon, Gin, Bitters, Tonic, Ice and Quince) for cheers-ing over equality and acceptance for all genders and sexualities. 

Uncle, Melbourne

Take a seat in this Collins St eatery for authentic Vietnamese dishes like wagyu beef shin curry and master stock crispy pork hock served in a modern setting with delicious to boot.

One of Uncle’s signature drinks and ideal for summer sipping, Pete Siganto of Uncle has created the ‘Paris End’ cocktail – representative of where Uncle sits on Collins St in the more prestigious end of Melbourne’s CBD.

Describing themselves as ‘hawker eats and hip-hop beats’ expect street-style Vietnamese food, great music and jugs of tasty sangria that are perfect for a hot December day.
